We live in a society which define success based upon how much wealth one possess, not on how it was obtained. The more wealth , the more the privilege , the power, the sphere of influence and the chances and possibilities. That's how it evolves, some say those who are rich becomes richer and the poor becomes poorer. But I'd like to believe what my favorite author wrote in his books that creating wealth is a matter of attitude , mindset, discipline and faith. Of course you have to practice what was learned, it's like a student that after passing all required subject , a test is given to evaluate how they absorb the particular subject. Same thing in life, in our dreams in our career, in our walk with God. There will always be a test to pass to know our status. How we are to establish the wealth will always depend on our understanding of the lessons we learn at home, school, people, neighbor, friends, community, workplace. The decisions is ours to make.
Now we know who the sebnsile one is here. Great post!
ReplyDeletewell, maybe being 'wealthy'is something arbitrary, as the standard varies from one person to another based on moral values..
ReplyDeleteInteresting post.I'm saddened that people measures success through the heights and weights of their affluence, not how a person has become, and by how he had lived by that dream and attained it.
ReplyDeleteI agree that the choice for wealth has always been up to us. :-)
Cheers Yen! :-)
