THE ANSWER TO DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

If only our top management would agree to a new propose system that would answer their questions on how to retrieved those old files they needed instantly, I think it will be one of the good investment the company would have. The General clerk in our building will not need to dig on that stock room for the whole day looking for the files we needed. It's not that the filing clerk is not productive and dis organize, its about maximizing your time in document management. Enough of those old style on preserving those document, if the company would benefit on these, why not try the software.
