WET ROAD

It has been raining all day yesterday until this afternoon, needless to say the road is wet which means traffic is bumper to bumper plus the under construction road that left hole in the main road, will really test your patience as you go home after work, or even going to office in the morning. Maybe the department of public works and highways needs roadside assistance plan so they would know when to excavate those roads. But that's not whats happening, they start the road work when it is rainy season and school is back.Does that mean, why don't they do it during summer, when school is off, when commuter is manageable. I hope they would come to realize it.
